This page includes video guidelines, suggested talking points, and ready‑to‑use promo copy so you can quickly create and share a short video about your session or the event.

Video Guidelines and Suggestions

Length: 30–120 seconds max
Orientation: Landscape (horizontal)—16:9 aspect ratio.

Location: Quiet room, close windows/doors. Test echo by clapping.
Lighting: Face window (natural light)
X Backlight = dark face = reject. Side lighting = shadows on face.
Camera angle: Eye-level (stack books under laptop). Fill 60% of frame with upper body, not just face. Look at lens (not screen).
Background: Plain wall, bookshelf, or subtle branded poster..
Clothing: Solid colors. Avoid white (blooms out), busy patterns (moiré effect), green (chroma key issues).

Language: Simple words, no jargon unless industry-specific.
Pacing: 140–160 words per minute. Pause after key points.

Content structure (suggested script template):

0–15s: "Hi, I'm [Name], [Role/Company]. I'll be speaking on [Session Title] at [Event Name] on [date]."

15–100s: "In this session, [target audience] will learn [1 key takeaway] and [2nd takeaway]. Perfect if you're struggling with [problem]."

Last 20s: "Join me at [Event Name]—grab your ticket: [link]. See you there!"
